- Camera, photos or storage β only if a feature requires it, and only after you grant permission.
- Location β only if a feature explicitly needs it and you grant permission.
Refusing a permission may limit some features but will not prevent you from using the rest of the App.
π7. Third-Party Services
The App may use trusted third-party services that collect information used to identify you or your device. Each has its own privacy policy:
| Service | Purpose | Privacy policy |
|---|---|---|

π11. International Data Transfers
Some of our service providers may process data outside the European Economic Area (for example, in the United States). Where this happens, we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place, such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses or the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, to guarantee a level of protection equivalent to that in the EU.
β12. Your Rights
Under the GDPR, you have the following rights regarding your personal data:
To exercise any of these rights, email us at contact@toureabidou.store. We will respond within one month. We may ask you to verify your identity before processing your request.

- If the App offers accounts, you may also use the "Delete account" option in the App's settings.
We will delete your data within 30 days of your request, except where we are legally required to keep certain records (for example, transaction records for tax purposes). Uninstalling the App stops further data collection but does not by itself delete data already collected.
π§14. Children's Privacy
The App is not directed at children under the age of 13, and in the EU, under 15 in France (the age of digital consent). We do not knowingly collect personal data from children below these ages without verifiable parental consent.

When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. For significant changes, we will notify you through the App or by other appropriate means.
